Bryson Hinkins

Head of Exploration / Founder

Bryson holds a degree in Mining Engineering from the University of Utah and brings more than a decade of experience in the aggregates industry, where he oversaw geology and engineering support across 100+ operations.

In 2022 he founded an independent exploration focus that became Hinkinite — advancing a Utah and Nevada mineral portfolio while advising partners from prospect to reclaim.

He is a Qualified Person member of the Mining and Metallurgical Society of America (MMSA).

Craig Lutz

Head of Technology

Craig holds a bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Brigham Young University and spent two decades at Qualtrics, where he led technology professional services teams building platforms and capabilities for enterprise customers.

He has delivered a wide range of products and features over his career and now specializes in AI models and agentic workflows.

At Hinkinite, he leads the technical program — applying AI and agentic systems to mineral exploration, risk assessment, and ROI modeling.
